Hanna City home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hanna City fell by $68,050 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,950 - a 40.7% decrease over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hanna City in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Hanna City for 2017 was $2,314.24. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,269.60. This marks an increase of 2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
