Minier home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Minier fell by $3,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,200 - a 2.9% decrease over the $129,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Minier in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Minier for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,779.10, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
