South Pekin home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in South Pekin fell by $9,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,500 - a 11.7% decrease over the $80,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in South Pekin in the third quarter of 2016.
