Minier home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Minier rose by $33,700 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 34.6% increase over the $97,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Minier in the fourth quarter of 2016.
