Hopedale home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Hopedale fell by $37,350 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,650 - a 28.3% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hopedale in the fourth quarter of 2016.
