London Mills home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in London Mills rose by $14,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,000 - a 40.2% increase over the $34,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in London Mills in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in London Mills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $871, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
