South Pekin home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in South Pekin rose by $41,400 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,900 - a 123.6% increase over the $33,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in South Pekin in the first half of 2016.
