Creve Coeur home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Creve Coeur rose by $2,350 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,250 - a 4.3% increase over the $54,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Creve Coeur in the first half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Creve Coeur for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,425, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2017.
