North Pekin home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in North Pekin rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,250 - a 18.9% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in North Pekin in 2016.
