Farmington home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Farmington rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 15.6% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Farmington in August 2016.
