Farmington home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Farmington rose by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 79.5% increase over the $58,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Farmington in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
