Canton home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Canton fell by $29,500 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 45.7% decrease over the $64,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Canton in September 2016.
