Farmington home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Farmington rose by $33,875 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 54.5% increase over the $62,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Farmington in November 2016.
