Farmington home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Farmington fell by $5,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Farmington in December 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
