Farmington home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Farmington fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,500 - a 64.4% decrease over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Farmington in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 10.3% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
