Farmington home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Farmington fell by $44,750 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,250 - a 46.6% decrease over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Farmington in November 2017.
