The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Peoria Heights in Peoria County fell by $84,031 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,469 - a 75.4% decrease over the $111,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Peoria Heights in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Peoria Heights for 2017 was $1,781. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,772. This marks an increase of 0.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 6.5%.
