Washington home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Washington rose by $41,000 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 32.3% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Washington in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Washington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,527, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
