Germantown Hills home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Germantown Hills fell by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 8.6% decrease over the $218,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Germantown Hills in November 2016.
