El Paso home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in El Paso rose by $11,125 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,500 - a 10.4% increase over the $107,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in El Paso in November 2016.

The median sales tax in El Paso for 2017 was $2,568. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,641. This marks an decrease of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
