Eureka home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Eureka rose by $19,900 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 22% increase over the $90,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Eureka in March 2017.
