Morton home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Morton fell by $12,275 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $178,275 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Morton in August 2016.
