Tremont home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Tremont fell by $58,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 37.2% decrease over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Tremont in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Tremont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,483, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
