Peoria home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Peoria rose by $14,750 while total sales increased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 15.1% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Peoria in April 2017.
