Washington home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Washington fell by $33,150 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,750 - a 19.5% decrease over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Washington in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Washington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,527, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
