Peoria home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Peoria fell by $28,550 while total sales increased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,450 - a 24.8% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in Peoria in November 2017.
