Illinois General Assembly: HB217 Third Reading - Standard Debate - Lost

The following action was taken on April 12 in the House on House bill HB217 ("crim history in college apps"): "Third Reading - Standard Debate - Lost."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Mary E. Flowers (D-31) on Dec. 28, 2018, "creates the Criminal History in College Applications Act," according to the General Assembly website.
