The following actions were taken on April 11 in the House on House bill HR288 ("congrats-david mingus"): "Resolution Adopted" and "Placed on Calendar Agreed Resolutions".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Michael D. Unes (R-91) on April 10, "congratulates David Mingus on the occasion of his retirement as the Mayor of East Peoria and commends his 30-year career in public service," according to the General Assembly website.
