Benson home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Benson rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 58.3% increase over the $54,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Benson in 2017.
