El Paso home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in El Paso rose by $2,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,250 - a 2.9% increase over the $93,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in El Paso in December 2017.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,568, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
