Washburn home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Washburn fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Washburn in the fourth quarter of 2017.
