The City of Elmwood thanks Dick Taylor for his years of service, he has been instrumental to our successes and we congratulate him on his well deserved retirement. In light of Dick's retirement the City of Elmwood is excited to look for a full time replacement. Please have resumes turned in at City Hall by August 30th.
