Canton City issued the following announcement on Sept. 6.
The Canton Fire Department is asking for donations of old scrap vehicles. The vehicles will be used in upcoming fire training exercises. If you have a vehicle to donate or have questions, please call the fire department at 647-0040. Vehicles need to be donated by the second week of October.
