Deer Creek home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Deer Creek fell by $2,495 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $147,495 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Deer Creek in the first quarter of 2018.
