City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.
For those on the run during the holidays, enter the Festival of Lights' 20th FOLEPI River Trail Classic, set for Saturday, November 30. This year's event features new awards, a new post-race party location and the option to order a running shirt.
