City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Oct. 3.
Due to a technical difficulty, the East Peoria Firefighters Union contract cannot be attached to the already uploaded October 1 City Council meeting packet. It was accepted on its first reading by title in a 3-2 vote and is laid on the table for no less than one week for public inspection.
