City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Good luck to the five East Peoria ladies competing for the title of Miss Festival of Lights on Sunday, November 10. The contestants are Chloe Rogers, Haley Blumenstock, Jadelyn Everett, Cierra Fugitt and Jexie Bolding.
