City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Jan. 6.
Vote for your favorite city department by donating blood at the East Peoria Public Servants Blood Drive. You can vote for the Police Department, Fire Department or Public Works. The blood drive is Friday, January 10 from 8 a.m. until noon at the Festival Building, 2200 E Washington Street.
All donors will receive a voucher for a $10 gift card to their choice choice of Amazon, Casey’s or Starbucks.
