Abstract

This legislation will amend Chapter 152 of the Codified Ordinances providing for income tax distribution in accordance with the 2020 Operating Budget.

2) Ordinance 2020-004 An Ordinance Of The City Of Lebanon, Ohio Approving An Amendment To The Official Zoning Map Therof To 18+ Acres Of Property Located South Of State Route 123 And West Of Neil Armstrong Way, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 (Parcel No. 121220045) From Residential One CC

Abstract

2) Ordinance 2020-012 An Ordinance Authorizing The City Manager To Execute An Agreement With The Cincinnati Railway Company And Declaring An Emergency

Abstract

This legislation will approve a track usage and operating agreement with Cincinnati Railway Company for operating rights on the City-owned rail line.

3) Ordinance 2020-013 An Ordinance Authorizing An Amendment To The Community Reinvestment Area Tax Abatement With North Broadway Apartments, LLC For Property Located at 511 North Broadway In The City Of Lebanon, Ohio And Declaring An Emergency

Abstract

This legislation will approve an amendment to the 511 N. Broadway Avenue CRA agreement regarding the proposed construction scheduled and retail space.

4) Ordinance 2020-014 An Ordinance Authorizing The Purchase Of Three 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe Patrol Vehicles And Declaring An Emergency
