Manito home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Manito rose by $12,850 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,750 - a 15.1% increase over the $84,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Manito in the second half of 2018.
