Manito home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Manito fell by $4,400 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,500 - a 5.6% decrease over the $77,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Manito in the first half of 2018.
