Green Valley home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Green Valley fell by $15,137 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,450 - a 10.8% decrease over the $139,587 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Green Valley in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Green Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,364, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
