Easton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Easton rose by $9,490 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $49,510 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Easton in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Easton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $978, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
