South Pekin home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in South Pekin rose by $30,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 112.8% increase over the $27,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in South Pekin in October 2018, as well.
