West Peoria home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in West Peoria rose by $19,200 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,900 - a 31.6% increase over the $60,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in West Peoria in October 2018.

The median sales tax in West Peoria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,746, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
