1. Petition for Annexation of 1608 West H’ St. (parcel 08-21.0-109-006) as an A-1 Single-Family Residence zoned parcel.

2. Staff Recommendations for Under the Wood Property, LLC for remodeling and parking lot improvements at the existing facility for office and retail space located at 5003 West Main St.

3. Development Agreement with Tygracon Properties Inc. for the remodeling of the existing single-family residence located at 500 Park Ave., in response to the City’s RFP for redevelopment of the property.

4. Letter of Agreement with West End Redevelopment Corporation (WERC) in relation to a Real Estate Contract dated October 30, 2009 for the property located at 9700 West Main St.

5. Development updates.
