The tax man still cometh - just not today. Deadlines for state and federal income tax filings have been pushed to July 15.
AARP has traditionally done tax preparation at area libraries, but many of those appointments were cancelled due to the stay-at-home order. Unfortunately, it's unclear when or if the AARP's Tax-Aide program will resume. For updates, visit http://www.aarpfoundation.org/taxaide or call 888-227-7669.
