Also Present:
Administrator Eichelberger, Senior Management Analyst Murphy, Attorney Julien (by phone), Community Development Director Magdziarz (by phone), Chief of Police Rollins (by phone), Public Works Director Speciale (by phone), and Village Engineer Michele Piotrowski (by phone).

5. New Business – Local State of Emergency
a. Resolution: Approving Extended Powers of Village President During State of Emergency
A motion was made by Trustee Herron, seconded by Trustee Montalto, to approve the resolution approving extended powers of Village President during State of Emergency.
The motion carried by the following vote:
AYE: 6 Montalto, Herron, Walter, Konen, Lendi, Koch
Nays: 0 None
Absent: 0
Attorney Julien explained the purpose of the resolution and the parameters of the emergency powers. Board discussion ensued.
b. Declaration of Emergency and Executive Order
6. Adjournment
A motion was made by Trustee Herron, seconded by Trustee Montalto, to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees at 6:24 p.m. A voice vote was called. The motion carried.
