Havana home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Havana rose by $1,550 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $57,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Havana in March 2019.
