Analysis: Creve Coeur pays $9.42 for every $1 pensioners contribute to Creve Coeur Police Pension Fund

Taxpayers contributed 90.4 percent of the $345,851 the Creve Coeur Police Pension Fund brought in 2018, or $9.42 for every $1 from pension members, according to a Peoria Standard analysis of the latest data reported to the Illinois Department of Insurance Pension Division.

In all, Creve Coeur contributed $312,678 to the fund, which saw a $6,513 increase in revenue over 2017. Members contributed $33,173, or 9.6 percent, in 2018.
